The short answer is no. We have done everything in our power to make this the simplest process possible. If they can talk on a smartphone, they can do this.

You can record enough content for a book in a matter of weeks, but you can also take your time. We recommend at least 20 responses, but we also have an open-ended plan that simply continues to capture responses over time.

Don’t worry! Our service is made with the non-technical people in mind. A storyteller can contribute with the help of a family member, or do the process on their own.

The stories are recorded on your device and stored in a secure server via Amazon Web Services.
